A Concert and Presentation

200 years ago Wellington beat Napoleon Bonaparte at the decisive Battle of Waterloo,
and 18th June 1815 became a date to be remembered in the British calendar.

Immanuel’s Ground, Warwick’s west gallery Quire,
commemorates this glorious achievement in song and dance of the period
at a concert in
Northgate Methodist Church, Warwick, on 20th June 2015,
entitled
The Path to Waterloo

Produced by IGQ in aid of Help for Heroes
this concert includes cameo sketches of events of the time
a musical depiction of the Battle of Vitoria, and

the first performance of
a Newly composed Anthem ‘I will sing unto the Lord’
written especially for the Quire
by the acclaimed New England composer

Tickets £10, (unreserved seats)
